I received the charcoal color today and it's beautiful stunning leather.

Nice product

Shipper sent our product wrapped in paper and plastic, no cardboard. There were several gashes in the leather from the shipper. Customer support replied....
"Regarding your skin, if there are markings on the flesh, it's normal, and as for the defect it has, generally, all pieces of skin have a utilization rate of around 80-90%, so it's normal to expect some flaws"
Make sure you request better packaging.
